I had a wonderful stay at Palloma Kuta. The rooms were spacious, fitted with a large bed, and the bathroom had hot water which was fantastic. The hotel even came with a fridge and safe, making my stay very convenient. The staff was amazing and very welcoming, always ready to assist. The location was just perfect for me, near the main roads in Kuta without any noise disturbances, allowing easy access to the rest of Bali. The dining experience was average but acceptable considering the price, and the facilities were great. One downside was the need for improvement in food quality at the restaurant.
